"My name is Mark and I am an addict. In the past, this is something I've refused to accept and later became ashamed to admit. Although I'm not exactly proud of it, today I understand it's what I am. For me, there is no longer any stigma attached. I feel blessed to be able to share my experiences, hopes and strengths. Not only does it keep me clean, but, God willing, it may save another lost soul."

[An excerpt from his personal story]
